About the Project
The Grief Archive is on online collection of material things that submitters associate with some period of grief in their lives. I created it in the hopes of building a space where barriers and social norms about what it is to grieve can be broken down, where storytelling and memory work can pave the way for transparency in a grief-averse society, and where folks can come to see that they're not alone.
